How do I reserve my hotel room?
The reservation process we have established is very simple. After you select the hotel you would like to stay, you will need to click on "See Rates" in order
to select and submit your travel dates. After submitting those dates, then we can display the rate types that are available for you to choose from.

After room types and rates are returned to your screen, you will be able to choose the rate you desire by reading the room info on the right side
of the table, then clicking "Book Room" beside the actual rate.
2.
After you have selected your desired room type, you will be taken to a Travelforecaster.com Secure Reservation Booking form. There you will need to
review the "Travel Information" and fill in the forms on the "Customer Information" section.

How do I make a change to current a reservation (dates, nights, rooms, etc.)?
We do not perform reservation requests or changes by email or phone. You will have to make the changes through our secure online reservation
form.
First:
It is best to make a new reservation before you cancel your previous one to ensure that you will have a room for your trip. Go to
Travelforecaster.com and enter a city you are seaching for in the "Hotel Speed Search" box. Press "Get Rooms". Then,
select the city you wish to visit followed by the hotel of your choice, your travel information, and room preference. Fill out the reservation form, and you reservation will be confirmed.

You will need to cancel your reservation with us at our Reservation
Retrieval page. Enter the information required to retrieve your current reservations (first name, last name, credit card)
All information must be as exact as that used to confirm the reservation being retrieved, otherwise no reservation will be shown.

When do I have to include my credit card number?
You will be required to submit a credit card number at the time of booking on our "Reserve" page to guarantee
a room be available to you. Your credit card number is needed to hold your room and for a confirmation number to be sent to you.
Your credit card will not be charged for the room until you have checked out of the hotel unless the room type you selected
states that a deposit is required. We charge a $5 service fee to use Travelforecaster.com's hotel reservation system. However,
Cancellation Terms may vary from hotel to hotel. For your security, Travelforecaster.com utilizes a secure commerce server which encrypts the
credit card number, coding it into a non-usable form.

When I submit my reservation, where does it go?
All reservation requests through Travelforecaster.com will be responded to, on your screen, within seconds of your request. Some hotels do not confirm
reservations immediately. Your reservation IS NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation number from us.

How do I check on my request for a hotel?
If your booking was made with us you will be able to see your reservation details on the screen immediately following your request. In addition,
you will be sent an email with the same information. Always feel free to contact us for any inquiries regarding your request, for fastest
service please include your "Travelforecaster.com Confirmation Number", which you will receive after you submit your booking.

What is the cancellation policy on my reservation?
This depends upon the hotel you are staying. Cancellation periods vary from one hotel to the next. The standard increments are to cancel the room(s)
by 4 or 6 PM, or within 24, 48, or 72 hours. If you cancel before this, generally you will not be charged a penalty (the exception is special sold
out availability reservations, which apply a $25.00 cancellation fee). Canceling after this period will result in a cancellation penalty, typically
one nights room charge applied to your credit card, assuming the reservation was guaranteed with a credit card or required a deposit. Be sure to
read the hotel description to determine the cancellation policy of the hotel you are staying.

Can I specify where I would like my room located (floor, pool, etc.)?
The hotel will do their best to accommodate special requests. We cannot guarantee room location because it is subject to availability at the hotel.

Three adults will be staying and your form only allows two. Is there an extra charge?
Most hotels allow additional adults to stay in the rooms, at a charge (usually between $5.00-$20.00 each). Some hotels have a limit on how many
people can stay in a room.

When will my reservation be recieved by the hotel?
It takes a minimum of 24 hours before your reservation details show up in the hotel computer system. We assure you that the room is reserved. The hotel needs time to place your details into their system.

I have made my reservation, will I recieve any written confirmation from the hotel?
No. The confirmation you receive from Travelforecaster.com is all you will need. It displays your Travelforecaster.com request number, the hotel information,
the rate at which you booked the room, your confirmation number, and the hotel's cancellation policy.

My credit card number is correct, but the hotel is not accepting it. Why?
There are a few possibilities:
1- Your card type is not accepted at the hotel.
2- The card expiration date precedes the reservation date.
3- You have reached your credit limit.
4- There is a computer error.
